I was planning to post another tasty recipe today but as the weather was so amazing, I decided to make the most and boost my vitamin D levels instead!
Vitamin D is essential for healthy bones, and we get most of ours from sunlight exposure. Of course, it goes without saying that we need to stay safe in the sun with suncream, shade etc and take care not to burn.
I thought I would share this photo of my dog enjoying the weather at home today with me. Such a happy girl when the sun is shining!
